Any return of goods must be the subject of a written agreement between ETIQ Store and the buyer. The request must be made

The material must be standard and referenced in our catalogue on the date of return, the costs and risks of return are the responsibility of

The products are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from delivery.

8: DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery times begin to run as soon as the order is registered. These deadlines are given as an indication without commitment.
A delay cannot justify the cancellation of the order, nor give rise to compensation or penalties. Our average time frame is 72 hours

9: PROPERTY RESERVES:
It is expressly agreed that ETIQ Store retains full ownership and exclusive ownership of the merchandise until payment

holder of a collective work.
The customer authorizes Etiq Store to use the image of products designed for him and received by him as an example for his communication
which includes its website, catalogue, product listings, digital tablets, trade shows,
mailing or e-mailing, social media posts, brochures and press communications.
